About the Project

This Tier 1 Automotive Supplier was in need of a larger corporate headquarters due to their growth that could accommodate roughly 170,000 SF and had the potential to build an out building on the site, allowing the company to consolidate their teams onto one campus. Premier Construction & Design was tasked with laying out, designing, and building their four-story space which included:

• 90,000 SF of open offices housing over 700 workstations
• Directors offices were statically located near their team for ease of communication
• Conference rooms distributed amongst all floors including a dividable, training space that could hold over 100 team members
• Coffee stations, cafes, and collaborative break out areas on each of the main floors
• Lower Level accommodating two electrical test labs and their support spaces
• Building lobbies and 2-story atrium were renovated to brighten the space and provide gathering areas.
• Employee fitness center

In addition to the main building, Premier Construction & Design designed and built a 12,000 SF custom out building for the end users test lab and garage to outfit vehicles with the suppliers’ components.
