2024 is here and we’re excited about everything the new year has in store. But while we look ahead to the projects we have slated for this year, we wanted to take a moment to look back at some of the exciting projects we worked on in 2023.
Bagley/The Coachman – Detroit, MI
- New Construction of 22 custom condo units in 4 buildings in Corktown
- Record breaking sales in the neighborhood
LM Manufacturing – Detroit, MI
- 265,000 SF of renovated manufacturing/warehouse space
- 33,000 SF of new construction connecting existing buildings.
- 21,000 SF of office renovation
- Extensive Site & Utility Work
Magna Powertrain BCD – Troy, MI
- 8,000 SF office renovation with multiple equipment testing labs
- New lobby, break rooms and collaboration areas to support the 200+ workstations
Magna Powertrain – Shelby Township, MI
- 190,000 SF building shell
- Created a 2-story office space and elevator within the existing building
- New 4” water main to building, upgraded electrical service and 21 new rooftop units to support the needs of the facility.
Guardian Alarm – Southfield, MI
- 34,000 SF including a 3,300 Warehouse
- Headquarters for one of the largest security providers in the Midwest.
Avalon Healing Center – Detroit, MI
- Originally built in 1938, Art Deco
- A non-profit care center providing compassionate and trauma-informed care to survivors of assault
- Phase 1 of the 3 story, 32,000 SF building renovation complete, including exam and counseling rooms, conference center and administration offices.
