With over 30 years of experience, Shannon’s responsibilities include project estimating, mentoring and overseeing superintendents, and running large projects including major lobby and common area upgrades, retail white-box preparation, and multi-level tenant improvements. Some of Shannon’s most notable completed projects include the ZF-TRW Headquarters in Farmington Hills, multiple Magna facilities, including their Troy headquarters, and the Tremont Apartments, which was an office to multi-family conversion in Madison Heights.
