Zack has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. His experience includes management of a wide array of projects including new ground-up construction, commercial build-outs, renovations, laboratories, and research & development facilities. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Zack is knowledgeable in sustainable design and construction methods, and can lead construction and design teams working with LEED requirements. His responsibilities include execution of several key aspects of construction projects including: estimating, proposal development, budgeting, scheduling, negotiation, and assuring successful project delivery.
