About the Project

Premier Construction & Design was contracted to build an out building for a local automotive supplier for testing.  The 12,500 SF ground up facility provides a 22 foot high CMU wall system with an EFIS exterior, accommodating 3 fourteen-foot tall access doors.  Premier sub-contracted and coordinated all sitework including the storm water system and utilities.

 

This design-build effort achieved the following:

  • Seven, 6,000 lb car hoists

  • Seven car exhaust reels with CO2 alarm detection

  • Fully fire suppressed, fire alarmed and completely climatized

  • Complete compressed air system throughout

  • 4,000 SF of concrete with a 0.1-degree pitch achieved
